High-quality bedding materials can provide guests with a comfortable experience throughout the night, and this is an important detail in hotel services. There are many materials of bedding on the market now, such as cotton, linen, Tencel, silk, satin, etc. Satin is the most commonly used fabric in star-rated hotels. It is primarily woven with warp and weft yarns interwoven at least three times. Gongduan is a combed fabric measuring approximately 173x124cm. Available in lightweight 60s and heavier 30s, it generally weighs 100-200g/m² and has a yarn density of 250TC to 1000TC. Gongduan was primarily presented as tribute to the royal family in ancient times, hence its name.

Pure cotton satin bedding is a textile woven from cotton using the satin weave technique. This White Hotel Bedding Collection, with its complex weaving process, is considered a premium quality among pure cotton textiles. It offers a soft texture, a smooth surface, excellent elasticity, and breathability. The printed varieties of cotton gongzhan fabric are mostly processed by reactive methods. Since the fabric is made of natural fibers, it is both moisture-absorbent and breathable, as well as healthy and environmentally friendly. The finished fabric has the advantages of moderate hardness, bright and vivid colors, no color fading, high cleanliness, and a small shrinkage rate.

Washing instructions for satin bedding fabric:
1. This fabric is highly resistant to alkali and heat and can be washed by hand or machine with a variety of detergents, but should not be washed with chlorine.
2. White clothing can be washed at high temperatures with a strong alkaline detergent to achieve a bleaching effect.
3. Avoid soaking the fabric for too long to prevent fading.
