1. During production, it will affect the towels that do not shed lint. Secondly, if the towels do not shed lint, improper washing methods in the later period will also cause the towels to shed lint. Some washing companies use inferior detergents to save costs. Towels shed; some washing companies use excessive softeners and bleaching agents for outstanding effects, which can also cause towels to shed.
2. Towels will have bleaching and dyeing steps in the production process. Because the bleaching and dyeing technology is immature, the cooking time is too long, which will damage the cotton fibers, and this will also cause the towels to shed.
3. The cotton yarns selected during the production of towels are of low grade, with more short fibers, and poor raw materials, leading to the lint of towel products. Good hotel towel manufacturers will start from the source and choose imported first-class cotton yarns. The towel will not shed hair.
4. There is also a long display time. Damaged towel fibers will also cause towels to shed. Some hotels will stock up and store towels (more than 6 months). Place them in a space with excessive humidity, which will damage the cotton fiber tissue. It will cause the towel to fall off.
