When new linen is stored, the reader at the entrance automatically captures information such as specifications and purchase batches, updating the inbound quantity and time in real time, without the need for manual entry, reducing errors. When departments request linen, they scan through the handheld terminal, and the system automatically generates an outbound record, strictly controlling the outflow, and synchronously updating the inventory to ensure consistency between accounts and physical items.
The role of data statistics and analysis is significant. The RFID system collects multi-dimensional data throughout the linen life cycle and generates detailed reports, allowing managers to break away from experience-based management and clearly see the situation in each link. By analyzing the data, problems such as linen loss rate and turnover speed can be identified, and then improvement measures can be formulated to optimize procurement, inventory, and usage norms, etc.
