Sep 24, 2025
Thank you for your continued support and trust in Shanghai General Textile! In order to comply with the national legal holiday schedule, our company will be on holiday from September 30th to October 8th, 2025. To ensure that your orders are delivered smoothly before the holiday, please plan the order placement time in advance.
To ensure the production cycle, we recommend that you place your order by September 26th so that the shipment can be completed before the holiday. Custom orders submitted from September 26th to October 8th will be processed on October 9th. Towels, bedding set, and bathrobes with available stock will be shipped normally during the holiday period. During the holiday period, there may be delays in logistics transportation. It is recommended to allow sufficient time to avoid affecting the hotel's linen replacement plan. For urgent order placement or inventory inquiries, please contact our customer service. Cautionary Notice: During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, the demand for hotel linen is relatively high. It is recommended to reserve 3 to 5 days' worth of usage in advance to avoid any disruption to normal operations due to delayed logistics during the holiday period.

To promote the culture of family reunion during the Mid-Autumn Festival and celebrate the National Day holiday, while enhancing team cohesion, integrating traditional festivals with corporate culture, strengthening employees' sense of identity, and facilitating the improvement of service quality. On September 24th, Shanghai General Textile held a team-building activity. The activity conveyed festival greetings through fun interactions, distribution of festival gifts, and recognition sessions, stimulating employees' sense of belonging and work enthusiasm.
During the event, the team specially prepared and distributed Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes to each employee. The boxes contained traditional mooncakes, hotel's special linen samples, and handwritten greeting cards. They were practical as well as having commemorative value. Employees could use the samples in their daily service scenarios to enhance brand recognition.
